Plot:
Deacon Strudwick, the protagonist, walks downstairs -in an high angle- into the ‘Poker room’ to play poker against other upper class. Deacon opens the door entrance -Mid shot- and walks in with a hood covering his head -in a low angle shot, mid shot-, there will be a quiet non-diegetic sound playing. The shot will go to an ‘over-shoulder shot’ over Sam Perry, whom is the antagonist. Sam and Deacon have a discussion, including straight eye contact. The dealer starts the game ‘Texas holdem’, and the tension begins to rise. Many people in the upper class starts to ‘fold’ because of weak hands. Since the protagonist is part of the ‘upper-class’, this creates a juxtaposition within the positions of each character. Within the game of ‘Texas Holdem’, Sam cheats and switches the cards in his hands to make a stronger hand, which is kings. The protagonist catches his, but plays with his scheme. Towards to the end of the game, Sam thinks he won, so he explains about his past involving with poker and so-on. The protagonist explains what happened during the games, and then he wins with a hand of Ace.
